The Federal Partners in Transition (FPT), a workgroup with representatives of several federal agencies, including ED, HHS, DOL, and SSA, developed an interagency strategy to ensure that federal programs and resources are optimized to support the nation’s youth and young adults with disabilities in reaching their goals of economic empowerment and independence.
