Summary:
One of the priorities of Parent Centers is to use “Best Practices in the Use of Technology in Service Provision.” Our websites are surely one of the most powerful tools we have for reaching and assisting families of children with disabilities and many, many others. This webinar looks at one aspect of using technology well—best practices in writing for the web. The webinar discusses:
- the research that shows how people read on the web; and
- the implications of that research, especially how to write and design content for the web, so that people can quickly find what they’re looking for.
