On March 27, 2017, President Trump signed Public Law No. 115-13, which rescinded the Department of Education’s regulations relating to accountability and state plans under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). In order to reflect these changes, OSERS has revised and is reissuing “A Transition Guide to Postsecondary Education and Employment for Students and Youth with Disabilities” to remove references to the now rescinded ESSA regulations.
